bf4 has voip on pc, which might seem like a small diference, but having voip on xbox made teamwork occur much more often and freely then say the bf3 pc version

BF2 had VOIP and we never used it then either !
it was constantly full of squeaky voiced american kids talkin BS

screaming little bitches are the majority of voip users yes, but imo its worth the hasle to meet the actually usefull and friendly players, who wouldnt maybe join TS, but would respond to a full squad chatting and being tactical.
edit: ofc if voip would be set up in an annoying way (having to mute each player individually), then it would lessen the wanted results :/

OFC the good thing about VOIP in BF2 and BC2 was the ability to do just that (mute)
as long as thats carried over into BF4 then i dont see it as a problem.

does any1 know if bf4 will have hardcore mode from the getgo, i recall bf3 not having it for a while?

There was always hardcore otherwise I would have just turned it off and binned my purchase.
