Hello All,
At 9pm UK Local time on 11th January, you will have noticed that all services went down.
The issue was raised with the engineers, who got back to us at 9.20pm informing us of an issue at THN (Telehouse North)
Following this, at 9.38pm, we recieved another noticed, detailing more information on the situation:
We appear to have suffered a failure in Telehouse North on our new Juniper MX480 platform. We are seeing some links to other London Data Centres coming online sporadically but the iBGP between Telehouse North and Sov House appears also to be down. 2 Engineers are looking at the problem remotely and we have had physical hands in front of the Telehouse Rack since 21:25 this evening in case any physical assistance is required.
Please accept our deepest apologies for any inconvenience caused, we will continue to keep you all updated on any further developments.
