Battlefront Beta can be pre-loaded, go to origin click on Battlefront. It will take you to game home page, there hit Pre-load game, and one more button to preload

Yeap, all the time. Only sound and animation at the end to show game progress is wonky for me.

Yea like a flickering ?
Upgraded main system to windows 10 today and had 3 games without issues
apart from the flickering at the end.

I wouldnt go that far .. i think once the very few bugs (compared to BF) have been sorted out it should be a decent game. i would like to have played a few of the other less one sided game modes though.

Havnt got it but a couple of guys at work have..
the only (major) pitfall i can see is there are no servers / server browser as such
and its all a bit of a match make / fubar fest afaik

I do have it. As lecro said there is this dilemma with servers. Also you should be aware that delux does not grant you additional features as in BF. You will have to purchase season pass (popular in Ubisoft games like Assassins Creed)
However quite good solo or co-op missions. I'm little disappointed with flying in game (or better I did not get good practice yet)
Animations in general are rather laggy for me, I do not like that I'm not able to dismiss these at the end (like bf4).
