I came from vista......it is amazing  PDT_Armataz_01_14

I really like it. Helps using Vista before where I had non-stop issues but I have no issues what so ever.....except this one but have seen this problem on W7 also so may not be OS related.

Still happening and I am trying to play red faction again but when it happens in that I can not go back to playing I have to force close and load save which is utter shit.

It had settled for a bit but it has got to the point of being fucking aggravating as hell again.

I was planning on doing a format soon tbh :/

you get the default maps to play multiplayer without downloading anything !

but if you use PureFaction  http://purefaction.org/

Yeah all the servers running do not use default that is why  PDT_Armataz_01_12

Ahh will have to look again as it just wouldn't let me do anything when I tried to join them. Will look now.

Thats what im saying with pure faction you just click join and the map is automatically downloaded and installed.

I am convinced it is Java, I have disable it doing auto updates and it seems to have cleared it but today it has reactivated itself. Says it was last updated on 19th but when I try to update it says there is one ready but then nothing happens.

Finally updated it, even though when I tried before and it said was up to date it clearly seems it wasn't.

Hopefully this was the cause.

Has not worked full stop. I looked at my event viewer and it doesn't show anything happening at the times it does.
