Do you mean FPS drops or something else past 110?,
if i put mine past 110 it usually just causes FPS drops and stutter.

Yeah, replace lag spikes with FPS drops :P sorry there
EDIT: e.g. I'm playing at usual FPS then all of a sudden it will drop to like 20 fps when a nade goes off on screen but to the far left/right
