I was wondering where my favourites had gone. Doesn't explain the missing German server, but explains the absence of SaS and another one I had favourited. Cheers Lecro!

As you may know, we suffered a power outage today, we understand that this is unacceptable, however, it was out of our control, we apologise for the disruption that this has caused. Some fallout from this has included damaging a small number of HDDs and a switch, however, we are satisfied that damage has been kept to a minimum. Please submit a support ticket if you have any issues at all that may have been missed or overlooked.
For full details, please read the RFO report below, this was sent by the Datacentre, all times are GMT.
"At 12:45hrs today we experienced an unplanned loss of power as a result of a fault on Western Power’s network. This fault is continuing to affect us and 67 other customers and is due to be resolved by 21:00hrs tonight.
Upon loss of utility power, both A and B power rooms operated as expected on battery. Our parallel generators started and synchronised as expected, took load and after 15 minutes the synchronisation between machines was unexpectedly lost. As a result, our primary UPS’s in power room one fully discharged their cells and the primary IT load was lost at approximately 13:27hrs. Our core equipment remained online until 13:48hrs. B fed load was was lost at the same time.
Power was restored to customers fed from both power rooms at 14:29hrs. Our engineers have split the link between the two machines and we are operating on N diesel generation at this time. Once battery banks are fully charged and we have the all clear from Western Power, we shall effect an orderly transfer back to mains.
We are investigating the loss of synchronisation problem with a third party vendor and will be working on each of the two machines separately, with one machine always available as standby for the facility. Once we have identified the cause of this issue we will update everyone with our plan moving forward. At this stage we intend to split the machines and use them as N+N rather than 2N, feeding separate legs of the A/B power system. This will remove the machine control panels as a common point of failure and pending the report from our third party vendor, we’ll be issuing another RFO together with our proposed action to rectify this.
Please accept our most sincere apologies for this interruption."
